Now
onto my cards:
My first card is from Collection 1 and is my interpretation of Sketch 2. I wanted to shake things up and make a shaker card (lol, yes, pun intended). The stamp set is “Raining Frogs” from Pink & Main. I used the frog and the rain drops as background for my card. I then colored with copics (Y32, R32, B41, BG10).
My second card is from Collection 1 & Sketch 3. The paper is "Spring Market" by Echo Park (I LOVE the rain-boots!) The stamp set is “Raining Frogs” from Pink & Main. I used the frog and the rain drops as background on the circle. I then colored with copics (Y32, R32, B41, BG10).
My third card is from Collection 3 and is my interpretation of Sketch 4. I felt that the girl should be on display so I made an easel card. The girl is "Tiny Townie Daffodil Girl" by Stamping Bella. The greenery is "Spring Sprig" die from Lawn Fawn (need to by the Banana Split for this die). Courtney was my inspiration for the greenery. The flower sequins are from collection 4. The sentiment is from "Spring Bloom" by Brutus Monroe. I then colored with copics (E000, E33, Y02, Y19, YG13, E29).
My last card is featuring an A La Carte stamp set. This one is "House Mouse Spring Swing" from Stampendous! I have LOVED these mouses for years!! Mudpie was SO easy to stamp with my Tim Holtz Travel Stamp Platform. This platform can stamp either foam or photo-polymer! The sentiment is from "Spring Bloom" by Brutus Monroe. The sequins are from Collection 3. I used the following copics: flower, Y02, Y11, Y19, YG13, G24; swing, B12, E33; mouse, B60, R20, E13, E37, E35, E53, E97
I
hope that you enjoyed my inspiration. Up next is Jessica
