Cut It Up Challenge #89 - Mardi Gras; masking Technique

Good Morning and Happy Friday fellow crafters.   Katie Sr. here, today is the start of Cut It Up Challenge #89.  The theme is Mardi Gras and your entry needs to use a masking technique on your project.  

Here is my inspiration for you:

I used the masking technique to have it appear that the mask is being held by Lorraine.
