Here is my inspiration for you. I followed a tutorial from Split Coast Stampers, Dutch Fold.  I originally watched a video on my cell phone but now I am unable to find the video on the website ☹

Here is what I used:

Jaded Blossom: Stitched Circle Die (3-1/2” and 3”), Word Dies, Sunflowers stamp set (image)

Stampin’ Up: So Saffron ink (petals), Delightful Dijon ink (outline), Sahara Sand ink (inside base of flower), Tip Top Taupe ink (dots/seeds)
