Hello Everyone,

Katie Sr here editing and posting Katie Jr.'s August Jaded Blossom Challenge.

She is missing her mouse so I figured I would surprise her and upload for her.

Her project was actually done and pictures uploaded LAST Sunday. But then life and a missing mouse got in the way.

See below for her crafty creation.

 

 

Stamps set used are from “friendly candies” and “teacher appreciation candies”. The little boxes were found at the dollar store.

Jaded Blossom Back to School August Challenge~Katie Sr.

Hello Everyone,

Here is my post for the August Jaded Blossom Challenge. 

Something quick and easy that my daughter can take to school on Monday for her first day of 3^rd grade. WOW! Where does the time fly?

 

 

I used “lunch box notes”, “lunch box notes 2”, and “school rules” stamp set. The lunch box die from “lunch box notes” and the larger treat flag die. The ribbon is from American Crafts and the white paper is from my stash.

Wow, two posts in one day!

What a great way to end a 4-day weekend. I hope that everyone had a safe an fun 4^th of July.

Jaded Blossom Christmas in July Challenge~Genny's

So I seem to have a really hard time updating the blog. 

Katie Jr. has no problem (and has done a fabulous job I might add!) with her posts. 

So the July Jaded Blossom challenge is up and I am FINALLY going to do the challenge. I also figured that my daughter Genevieve is old enough to enter as well. (She is going to be 8 in two weeks.) I mean she has her own crafting table, the baby bug circuit, her own stamps, ink pads and paper.

So this is what she created:

Gingerbread Man and the Dog are from the Create a Critter 2 cartridge. 

Sentiments are from the JB Christmas Candies stamp set.  the Christmas Wishes set . and the Winter Wishes set

These three set are on sale as well as all of the other fabulous Jaded Blossom CHRISTMAS stamps.  35% the whole month of July!!! 

Me, I have yet to do mine, but it will happen :)

June 2013 Card Kit Swap

Back again with the June Card Kit Swap Cards. I was inspired to try a few new techniques and made some pretty different cards this month.

Not the best stamping job but I do love a sunflower :)

 

Always need to have an owl card :) I used green washi tape on the front of the card; hence the bending.



 

 

Pretty different for me but I like it!!

April & May 2013 Card Kit Swap Cards

Life has been CRAZY (crazier than normal) and I got a little behind on things. But I am here today with a double dose of craftiness.

April 2013 Card Kit Swap Cards

I had the pleasure of hosting the April Card Kit Swap and had a fun time selecting the craft "goodies". I like to try and include a none traditional card base shape and a "thought provoking" item. This time I chose a flower shaped card and an adhesive wobble. I used the wobble on the back of the beehive. The wobble made it so the beehive wobbles around when you are holding it and makes me think of the bees flying around the hive.

May 2013 Card Kit Swap Cards

The May Card Kit was soooo pretty and very coordinated. I loved all the paper and had a hard time deciding on which side of the double sided paper I was going to use :) My grandma calls the blue ribbon on the cards "skirts" which I think is a cute way to describe it :)
